Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
At Mosaic Biomarkers LLC, we are committed to providing a clear, reliable, and professional testing experience. Because our services involve personalized genetic testing, laboratory processing, provider coordination, and digital reporting, our refund policy is designed to protect the integrity of the testing process while giving customers clear expectations before purchase.
General Policy
All purchases should be reviewed carefully before payment is submitted. By placing an order through Mosaic Biomarkers LLC, one of our authorized representatives, a provider partner, or an affiliate link, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of genetic testing and laboratory services, certain fees become non-refundable once an order has entered the fulfillment, collection, processing, or reporting stage.
Cancellations Before Fulfillment
If you request to cancel your order before a test kit has been shipped, assigned, activated, or submitted for processing, Mosaic Biomarkers LLC may issue a refund, less any payment processing fees or administrative costs already incurred.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:
Please include your full name, order number, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation.
Test Kits That Have Been Shipped
Once a test kit has been shipped, assigned, or prepared for fulfillment, the order may no longer be eligible for a full refund. This is because administrative, fulfillment, technology, and laboratory-related costs may already be incurred.
If a kit has been shipped but has not been used, activated, opened, or returned to the laboratory, Mosaic Biomarkers LLC may review the request on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund may be partial and may exclude shipping fees, processing fees, administrative fees, affiliate commissions, and other costs already incurred.
No Refunds After Sample Collection or Lab Processing
Refunds are not available once any of the following has occurred:
The test kit has been activated.
A biological sample has been collected.
A sample has been mailed, delivered, or submitted to the laboratory.
Laboratory processing has begun.
Test results have been generated, reviewed, released, or made available.
A consultation, interpretation, or related service has been completed.
Because genetic testing involves individualized laboratory work and protected health information, completed testing services cannot be returned, reused, canceled retroactively, or refunded after processing has begun.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Kits
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective test kit, please contact Mosaic Biomarkers LLC as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue, please email:
Include your full name, order number, photos of the kit or packaging issue, and a description of the problem.
If Mosaic Biomarkers LLC determines that the issue resulted from an error in fulfillment, shipping, or packaging, we may provide a replacement kit at no additional cost. In most cases, replacement kits are issued instead of refunds.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Mosaic Biomarkers LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.
If your kit appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team so we can review the shipment status. Depending on the circumstances, Mosaic Biomarkers LLC may issue a replacement kit or provide further instructions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase. Additional fees may apply if a kit must be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Provider, Affiliate, or Partner Orders
Some Mosaic Biomarkers LLC orders may be placed through a provider, clinic, representative, influencer, or affiliate partner. Refund eligibility is still governed by this Refund Policy, regardless of how the order was referred or purchased.
Affiliate attribution, promotional codes, referral links, or partner commissions do not change refund eligibility. If a refund is approved, any related commission or referral payout may be reversed or deducted in accordance with Mosaic Biomarkers LLC’s affiliate or partner terms.
Digital Reports and Results
Once a genetic report, interpretation, result summary, or digital deliverable has been generated or released, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
Mosaic Biomarkers LLC does not guarantee a specific result, health outcome, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or provider decision based on test results.
Medical and Laboratory Disclaimer
Mosaic Biomarkers LLC provides access to genetic testing and related reporting services. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease unless specifically stated by a licensed healthcare provider within the appropriate scope of care.
Customers should consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, nutritional, wellness, or lifestyle decisions based on genetic testing results.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, payment processing fees, administrative fees, and completed service fees may be non-refundable.
